Open roles

Billions of conversations are happening between people and AI, and they accumulate into relationships. We measure how those conversations are going, for both parties, and publish what we find, so platforms can decide when and how to act.

We're a small team, founded by siblings James and Alice Padolsey, with Su Fisk leading safety strategy and Dr Carolyn Lorian as clinical advisor. We build the instruments for that in the open: evaluations, an incident record, a regulation tracker, and a framework for relational safety.
